Science and Culture Converge at Geumcheon’s G-Science Festival

The 6th Geumcheon Science Festival, titled “2024 G-Science Festival,” will be held from September 6 (Friday) to September 7 (Saturday) at Geumcheon-gu Office Plaza and ‘Sunken Plaza’ in Seoul.

Under the theme “Geumcheon Connected by AI, Communicating with Science for the Future,” the festival will offer a wide range of science-related experiences, from everyday science to cutting-edge technology.

This two-day event will feature exhibitions, hands-on experiences, performances, and lectures, catering to audiences from teenagers to adults. It aims to foster future creative science talent and promote Geumcheon as a hub for scientific culture.

Key programs include AI-themed interactive activities, a performance featuring Titan the Robot alongside a quadrupedal robot, a science magic show, a surprise science expedition, and a CSI profiling experience, providing exciting and diverse experiences for visitors.

Hosted by the Geumcheon District Office, the festival is free of charge and will run from 10 AM to 5 PM.
